Nearly half a million records of Colorado family history information is online in these archives. A large part of the data is localized to our Littleton, Colorado community area.

Littleton Independent Newspaper Obituary Indexing- 1999 Backward |
This is a Columbine project to index obituaries from our local Littleton, Colorado newspaper. Sources consist of local microfilms from the Littleton Historical Museum, Denver Public Library and Colorado Historical Museum. Copies of individual obituaries appearing here are available for a $20 fee. |

Columbine published "Colorado Territory Civil War Volunteer Records 1861-1865" in 1994, a comprehensive 454 page index of twelve fragile volumes of military issue ledger books at our State Archives. These web pages contain a surname index of details for each soldier as well as a historical background of the units.
