Greetings from Columbine President Sean McGuire

 

Welcome to Columbine Genealogy. Last year we celebrated our Golden Anniversary of 50 years. This year we have been working on modernizing our organization’s look and practices. We have streamlined our board of directors, shortened our name to Columbine Genealogy, and shortly we will unveil a new modernized logo. We are also getting more tech savvy, with hybrid Zoom/in-person meetings, videos on the website for members, improved audio/video capability, and an online membership system.

Columbine is unique in that we have focused on history as well as genealogy. We’ve always been located in the south suburban metropolitan area of Denver, with alliances with Bemis Public Library in Littleton, Englewood Public Library, and the Western History & Genealogy Section of the Denver Public Library.

Non-members are always welcome to our meetings. Stay a while – you might find a friend here at Columbine. Welcome.
